Laing Property Management was founded in 2014 by Kevin Laing. Our team is made of licensed CPA's and a licensed real estate agent's with Berkshire Hathaway. Our team currently manages 77 apartments across Fairfield and New Haven County

We have 20+ years of accounting, auditing, and consulting experience. We are avid real estate investors who bring a vast amount of hands on experience increasing the value of our own portfolio as well as our clients.

We manage the day to day responsibility of your real estate investment. Our responsibilities include setting and collecting rent, handling maintenance requests, and filling vacant units. Our office covers Fairfield and New Haven County,
